The playground in the Saskatoon Zoo hasn’t changed in 30 years, and I LOVE THAT because nostalgia. Kids love it because you access it through a cool kid-sized tunnel.

The playground is on Play Island, inside the Zoo. It’s surrounded by a pond, but the island is fenced off so you don’t have to worry about your kids going for a swim.
This playground hasn’t changed in at least 30 years. Because I grew up in Saskatoon, I have a deep nostalgic fondness for it. With three climbers, monkey bars and a balance beam, the playground itself is pretty basic. However, being situated on a tiny island with access through a tunnel make it feel fun and magical. The location is beautiful, and the tunnel and bridge you use to get there are really cool.
